Realtime has fulfilled all of our district’s student administration needs. Its internet based capability is very popular with our staff because it gives them the ability to enter and retrieve information both in the workplace and at home. The new Parent Portal has received very positive feedback from parents who are now able to access student information 24/7. This has improved communication between our school and the community. Most importantly, our needs are met on a daily basis by a pleasant, competent customer support team always willing to go above and beyond.

IS A HAPPY STUDENT:

There are two types of students: Student A who waits after class to get up to the minute information from the teacher and Student B who would rather not know anything that’s going on in that grade book. Unfortunately, both models of behavior are problematic. Teachers don’t have time to inform a classroom full of Student A’s, and Student B’s have no means to effectively manage their time, their investment in school, and the expectations placed on them. We believe in a school where Student A and Student B can both get what they need, without putting undue strain on teachers, parents, and staff.

Through the power of Realtime’s Student/Parent Portal accessed from any web browser, families can view grades, report cards, rankings, progress reports, as well as homework assignments, worksheets and associated web links. In addition, they can see the cafeteria menu, account balance, and what was purchased for lunch (or breakfast) on any given day. Want to find out what clubs or sports are available to you? Log in to Realtime and see your choices. Curious about how you did on the last Social Studies exam? Log in to Realtime and view your current grades. With more involvement comes personal investment. And with investment comes success.
