Everything about the system is great.  No one feature stands out as there are so many.  The software has many strong points.  Anything can be done with the click of a button.  I went to a demo for another product.  The deciding factor was customer service - absolutely.  District wide, we never had a problem.  Anytime I need something, I know whoever answers the phone will take care of it right away. 

Realtime saves days of work.  It is a beautiful thing, to work from home.  Registration from home, transcripts - all from home.  I have access wherever I am.

We are very comfortable with Larry coming from the education field, he has an understanding of what we are trying to do and the best perspective on how to do it.  Teachers are very computer phobic.  If you can browse the web and understand drop down menus, Realtime is extremely easy to use.

The ease of use, not dealing with multiple pieces of paper and no one having to enter data by hand is a tremendous advantage.  It has streamlined the attendance process and allowed us to do more things, including follow ups, preparation, letters to parents and more.  The burden on the attendance officer is much less.  It has improved the day to day operation and efficiency for both Guidance and Administration.

I use it everyday. I never make a phone call to a parent without it on.  In the past I would have difficulty putting my hands on the information I needed, quickly.  Now, all the information I need to handle that phone call is on my PC.

The support staff is always responsive.  Issues are addressed and I feel very comfortable speaking with them.  The Realtime system continues to evolve the software to meet the needs of the district.
